Workplace Sexual Harassment

Creates an uncomfortable workplace environment for victims

Title VII and Ohio law not only prohibit sex discrimination, but also prohibit sexual harassment in the workplace.

Sexual harassment can include suggestive language and uncomfortable flirting by supervisors or co-workers.  It can also include more pervasive conduct such as inappropriate touching and sexual advancements that have no place in a professional environment.

Employees have the right to work in a workplace that is free of sexual harassment and unwelcomed sexual advancements.  If you have been subjected to sexual harassment, contact our office for a consultation to discuss your rights.
